Taylor's Birthday

Today we celebrated Taylor's 8th birthday ( a day early! ) with a party at our house. We had some good food, played in the water and ate yummy Red Velvet cake made especially for Taylor by her Nana! We had a Slip and Slide but for some reason all the big kids were more interested in the kiddie pool we set up for the babies! It was HOT outside! We had a little water balloon fight that was quite interesting to witness...some of the kids were ruthless! Next year we will probably opt for an indoor party! We had a great time getting to see all our friends and family. Happy Birthday Tate!

Family Vacation

Our family went on our first vacation together! We spent a whole week at Seagrove Beach in Florida. I highly recommend it to anyone heading that way. It was the prettiest beach I have ever seen. Taylor had a wonderful time and Courtlyn thought the sand was an all you can eat buffet. We went with our friends and their kids. We played in the ocean and the pool, ate out EVERY night, took long naps and got nice tans! We had a blast and Chad and I are already planning next years excursion!
